National Tourism Policy Namibia

What: Conducted a detailed analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of a proposed National Tourism Bill. Namibia embarked on the important task of establishing a national tourism law, thus an important indicator that the Government takes the industry seriously as a sector for economic growth and development. The analysis was based on a June 23^rd, 2009 draft of the National Tourism Bill of the Ministry of Environment and Tourism,Namibia and comparable tourism laws or acts in Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa.
