SWA was commissioned by a regional government authority in Transylvania to conduct feasibility studies and develop concepts and attraction ideas for the establishment of the Destination Dracula Theme Park. The selected sites were mentioned in Bram Stoker’s Dracula novel.
Activities & Services:
SWA conducted the following activities for the development of Destination Dracula::
- Market research of potential visitors to Destination Dracula.
- Trend analysis of theme park development globally and in the region
- Competitive studies of major theme parks and destinations
- Site visits in Romania
- Research of current international projects involving the character Dracula
- Analysis of potential attractions to augment the destination
Results:
- Created a full mock-up of the theme park divided into attraction sections for accommodations, rides, retail, and a wellness center.
- Provided a full market feasibility study for the development of Destination Dracula, including the theme park, and additional attractions.
