SW Associates was contracted by the US Trade and Development Agency to conduct a Definitional Mission to analyze the tourism and related infrastructure sectors in Azerbaijan and Georgia.

Activities & Services:

Analysis conducted of multiple tourism-related sectors and investment opportunities resulting in the following recommended opportunities for USTDA support:

• Tourism Strategy for the Borjomi-Kharagauli Region focused on establishing the National Park as a tourism hub.
• Trans-Caucasus Motor Coach Company
• Feasibility study for the establishment of retail and office
  complex in Tbilisi
• Improvement of emergency rescue services
• Establishment of a Caucasus Tourism School
