Feasibility Study for the establishment of the International Hospitality Trade and Training Zone Development in Ras Al Khaimah
SW Associates (SWA) has conducted destination development projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras al Khaimah. In all three Emirates, SWA extensively analyzed the hospitality markets and education/training capacity. In Abu Dhabi, SWA teamed with the Stanford Research Institute for the development of a new accommodations classification system. In Ras al Khaimah, SWA was commissioned to conduct a feasibility study for the establishment of an international hotel training and trade zone. SWA was also commissioned there for the development of an update tourism development strategy and plan.
