Development of a new Egyptian Tourism Investors Association for Environmental Protection. Activities included:

The project involved the following:

• A Needs Assessment for the Tourism Investors Association
• A SWOT analysis to evaluate the feasibility of establishing the association.
• A Mission Statement and Objectives were developed to guide the association’s activities.
• An Organizational Action Plan was recommended to help the association achieve its goals.
• Staffing and Budget Recommendations were also provided to support the association’s operations.
