Melissa Shales, the former chair of the British Guild of Travel Writers, just published a feature on “How to Sell Rwanda” in the UK-based Selling Long Haul publication and website. For Rwanda, especially Nyungwe National Park, which is highlighted in the article, this is potentially very helpful positioning with the UK market. Selling Long Haul is distributed to almost 15,000 “active travel retailers” — there are approximately 6500 agencies with over 17,000 agency managers.
